关于上好初中英语复习课的探究

初中英语复习课是比较乏味的课,或充满题海战术,或是满堂枯燥的语法灌输;对学生来说大部分时候吸引不大,好似吃剩饭,实际上他们掌握的并不怎样,因此在初三的复习中我一直在探究怎样的复习才能吸引学生,达到最好的复习效果。下面是我在初三教材的最后两堂复习课之一的教学案例,牵涉到定语从句和动词不定式做主语的运用,以及我的教学设想和教后反思。
初三英语Unit 18 Mainly Revision
Title: Lesson 71
Teaching goal: To describe their familiar people or things by using attributive clause and infinitives.
Teaching class: Class 423, Grade 3, Nanfang Middle School
Teaching time: April 4, 2005
Task 1: Listening (warming-up) the passage as usual to train the students’ ability of listening and speaking.
After listening, get a group of students to tell what they can get from
Task II: Speaking
First encourage the students to use the sentence patterns as “it is+ adj + to do” or “ I like a friend who ….” To talk about their ideas about “friendship”. Then books open to do the followings:
1. SB P88.3 complete the sentences one by one.
2. SB p.88.2 work in pairs to talk what they think, then check the answers.
3. SB p.88.1 answer the questions in pairs
Task III: Reading
1. SB p.195. 3 Read the story and then translate the underlined parts into Chinese(Revise the attributive clause)
a. There was a book in which all the employees had to write down their names when they arrived each morning.
b. The manager’s secretary, who lived near the office, had to draw a red line under the last name in the book.
