Welcome to my English corner every Tuesday afternoon!
I look forward to English Corner every week! This semester, we
have had two English Corners. In the first English Corner, we discussed
everyone’s Spring Festival celebrations. We talked about where everyone went, who they visited and what they did together. It was great to hear
how many students had a chance to relax with family and friends.

In the second English Corner, we talked about school. I asked the students about Nanfang High School and the universities they want to
attend. They asked me about my high school and how my country and college entrance exams are different from the Gaokao. I really
enjoyed talking to a small group of students in the library. I think the
environment made them feel more comfortable speaking up and joining
the conversation. I hope that I can see you, Yes, You-the one who is reading this, next Tuesday in the library!

外教英语角一直南方中学英语的一个传统特色，以前都是每周一的第八节课相约在书吧。综合学生的建议和实际情况，这个学期调成了每周二的第九节课。每到周二我们的外教Megan都会早早地在书吧等候我校的英语爱好学生的到来！在这里，学生可以和外教进行近距离的交谈。Megan年轻富有耐心，通过上个学期10多次的英语角活动已经吸引了不少的粉丝。
